The SecureDoc publication "Usable and safe operating manuals for consumer goods - A guideline" is now available

Survey on the demands of the consumers regarding instruction manuals for technical consumer goods
April 2003: The consumers' view point will play an
important part in the SecureDoc guideline. To find out the consumers' needs, a survey was carried out.
A questionnaire was created by Donau-Universiät Krems and
distributed by the project partners. The results of the survey were
evaluated by Donau-Universität Krems.
