Members

TCeurope is an umbrella organization. Its members are themselves organizations, representing the technical communication profession in one of the European countries. Benefits of membership include:

an opportunity for working together, in working groups of informally; and be stronger together than alone
being involved in shaping the annual Colloquium
for your own members, to be treated by the other member societies as their own. For example, members of one society may get discounts on the publications of others, or visit their conferences at a membership rate

Membership of TCeurope is open to the national society for technical communication of every internationally recognised European country. Exceptions to the geographical aspect of this rule may be made by the Annual General Meeting (AGM). If a country is a federal state, and this federal state has an overall society, then only this overall society can become a member of TCeurope. There can only be one member society from each country.

Currently, eight national societies for technical communication in Europe work together under the TCeurope umbrella. A ninth has applied for membership.
